Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum from 21:00 to 8:00, both inside the rooms and in shared areas. Parties are not permitted.

Rooftop and Smoking

The entire property is non-smoking, except for the designated rooftop balcony area.
Smoking is permitted on the rooftop only until 23:00.

Smoking inside the building and on nearby streets is not permitted.

From 21:00 to 23:00, please keep conversations quiet.
Eating, drinking, phone calls, and playing music are not permitted on the rooftop. The rooftop is closed after 23:00.

Garbage

Please separate your garbage and dispose of it at the designated garbage station on the first floor.
Do not leave garbage on the street or in surrounding areas.

Respect Our Neighbours

Please do not gather, speak loudly, or open suitcases on nearby streets or in front of neighbouring homes.
Guests staying in Room 101 are kindly asked to keep noise to a minimum in the private garden.

Cooking

Please turn on the ventilation fan whenever you cook.
Excessive smoke may activate the fire alarm.
